Hiep, meaning harmony, was the epitome of Vietnamese hospitality.  She gave us some local sesame candy from her hometown of Hue, as well a couple hard-boiled eggs. I loved talking with her for a good chunk of the 5 hour ride from Saigon to Phan Thiet
