Jason has sworn he could never live in Hamburg, for the simple reason that all the buildings and places that look like "Hamburger joints" are actually just names of stores of offices.  "Hamburger" is a word that refers to a person from hamburg, not necessarily a juicy slab of meat put in between two buns.
