This is supposedly the largest wooden building in the world, and it houses the Daibutsu, the largest Buddhah in Japan.

Finally we found this pond in Nara Lake, after much searching.
We relaxed in the little hexagonal building on the pond for a while, taking in the beautiful scenery.

Signs everywhere about the deers, yet we had not a clue what they said.
For all we know, they could have been warnings not to do certain things to the deer.

Our second mission of the day, finding a Diet Coke!
Now this may not be considered a mission anywhere else in the world - every vending machine either didn't even carry diet coke, or they were sold out. This must have been our 8th vending machine that finally yielded the very tasty, and Japans sugary mix of the diet drink.

A combo of two of Jason's life favorites - videoa games and drumming!
This video game was actually quite cool, and I even got a chance to drum out a couple songs. Jason was loving it!
