Okay. Just briefly looked at the countries. If you get a chance, this is what I think...
Turkey - You MUST go to Cappadocia. Absolutely amazing landscape. Pretty reasonable flights to/from Istanbul into Keyseri (I think that's the name of the city).
Slovenia - Lake Bled...though I am sure you knew this. Try the cream cake, It's great!
India - I loved Kerala. If you get a chance fly down there using Kingfisher. An absolutely great airline! And one of the low-cost ones! You will obviously go to Rajasthan...but Kerala deserves massive props.
Maldives - I stayed at the Hilton and loved every second of it.
Japan - What a great country! Went there in January. Tokyo is INSANE - in a great way. If you want, check out www.jennathan.com/japan. It documents my Japan trip and great things that I did along the way.
Iceland - The priciest place you will come across! But the waterfalls and geysers are free so that's good...
