Here are some places you might want to check out...
Hotel de la Paix in Siam Reap - excellent boutique hotel in a great location! And free wifi. ;)(www.hoteldelapaixangkor.com)

Blue Pumpkin - one of the coolest cafe/restaurants in Siam Reap. Also free wifi. ;) Try the fruit 'shakes' (they are blended fresh fruit with ice - the mango one is incredible!).

Bangkok spa - Thai Privilege (www.thaiprivilegespa.com) is an EXCELLENT spa that also has one in NY. The Thai massage costs $130 or so in NY...the same thing is $20 in Bangkok! Wonderful atmosphere and great service. I highly recommend this. We ended up going twice.

The Metropolitan Hotel is a great boutique hotel in Bangkok which is near the subway line and some other great hotels. Celadon at the Sukhothai hotel is a great restaurant that is near the Metropolitan.

If you want to relax and enjoy a nice afternoon tea, might I suggest the Peninsula in Bangkok? It was wonderful!

Hanoi, Vietnam: The Sofitel - one of the nicer hotels. Wifi. Excellent afternoon tea and chocolate bar.

Vietnam cooking classes - Lots of restaurants offer this. Do it! They are so much fun and the food is increbible!

Hoi An - THE place to get clothes made!!! Also, try the 'white roses' (shrimp steamed in rice paper). The Cargo Club is a great restaurant/cafe with amazing desserts! Red Bridge cooking school was also a fun thing to do. Even though there are lots of resorts near the beach, I would stay at one of the nice places in the center of town. It's easy to get a ride out to the beach. You will, however, want to spend most of your time in town.

Saigon - Wander the streets. Go into the boutiques. Some great restaurants and rooftop bars: Nam Kha is one restaurant. L'apothequaire spa was great - the one in District 3 was in a colonial house. Really nice. :)

Hanoi - Green Tangerine restaurant. Go there!

This is it for now. Email me if you have any other questions!!!
