Go to the Marais on Sunday. It's the Jewish area and it is hustling and bustling with Jews everywhere. Plus there is some great falafel out there!

Eat crepes on the street, warmed up baguette sandwiches with fromage, etc. What neighborhood are you staying in? St. Germain des Pres is a great place to hang out.
