This is now Jason's new passion.  Our first excursion of night fishing we caught about a dozen fish between the two of us, and ate the baracuda and snapper.  He loved it so much, we rented the boat just for ourselves on our second trip out -- we caught much fewer fish time time around, however still got to eat a jobfish and red snapper that we caught.
