We realized that we were paying way too much money in our last hotel, and also decided that it might be fun to move to another neighborhood.  SO, we found this really hip, newly renovated, funky hotel two blocks from the Arc do Triumph.  Although the location isn't near as good as our last hotel, there's a metro stop a half a block away, as well the Champs Elysee is very close.
