Again, we were very last second about booking this hotel, chosing the night before to make the reservation. This was the absolute only hotel with any availabilty, which as it turns out we were lucky for. This place is gorgeous! We got upgraded to a nicer and bigger room, looking out not only onto the river, but also onto the Osaka Castle which is amazing! Our luck with hotels has been great, although we certainly have been paying for our thrills through Japan during this high season. We're just so happy to actually get a room to sleep in, we've been biting the bullet a little on the cost.
