Choy's across from the lagoon in Negombo

Absolutely amazing seafood meal.  We had no idea what or how much to order, and with dished averaging $4 we thought 3 would be good.  All I can say is $4 each in Sri Lanka gets you two large crabs, a whole fish, and a mized seafood plate.  WE were amazed at this meal -- the seafood was so fresh and the sauces they were in were amazing.  It was bitter sweet to have this as our only meal in the country, although it certainly left us wanting more.
