This little port town is pretty small, and we were able to cover quite a large portion of it on foot, walking for several hours from our hotel, to the Red Square, up the main street, to the local market, swinging around to Jonker street and over to the Melaka Mall.  A couple hours in the intense sun was more then enough for us!
