From what I could remember of the hotel from 7 years ago, it was pretty run down. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms completely redone. The hotel felt very clean, and comfortable. We got an amazing upgrade to a junior suite, b/c of our honeymoon, which had a balcony, view of the Golan Heights and the Kinneret, and lots of living space. We decided to extend our 3 nights to 5 since the place was so comfortable. Very nice experience, and would definitely stay here again. Main downside it the expensive internet, and the fact that it logs you off once an hour.
